This project represents a successful large-scale import operation of premium dried fruits from Iran to Armenia, managed end-to-end by IMPORT COMPANY.

Iran is one of the region’s leading producers of high-quality dried fruits, known for its rich agricultural heritage, diverse climate, and advanced processing facilities. For this project, our objective was to connect reliable Iranian producers directly with the Armenian market while ensuring consistent quality, competitive factory-level pricing, and a fully transparent import process.

At the initial stage, we carefully identified and evaluated multiple Iranian manufacturers based on product quality, production capacity, hygiene standards, packaging options, and export readiness. After selecting the most suitable suppliers, we arranged product samples and conducted quality verification in accordance with client requirements and market expectations in Armenia.

Once the products were approved, IMPORT COMPANY developed a comprehensive import plan, taking into account logistics routes, transportation safety, cost optimization, customs regulations, and potential risks. All commercial documentation—including invoices, certificates, and export papers—was handled with precision to ensure a smooth customs clearance process.

The dried fruits were transported under controlled conditions to preserve freshness, taste, and appearance. Throughout the entire process, we maintained continuous communication with all parties involved, ensuring transparency and timely execution at every stage.
